The use of your gratitude journal on a daily basis will help you appreciate the blessings in your life and connect you with the joy and abundance you want to experience more of. The first part of this journal consists of dated pages with lines for listing five things you are grateful for each day. Inspirational quotes and words of wisdom are found at the top of each week and each month of the year. The second part of this journal is for acknowledgement. It is a place to pause and acknowledge the synchronicity at work in your life.
